Each property is divided into a set number of shares. To purchase shares, you first need to create an account. Once registration is complete, you can proceed with the share acquisition process. Whether you contribute a small amount for a share of the asset or a larger amount for a more advantageous position, everyone can start their investment with just a limit of 3500 TL. You can choose to invest all your budget in one property or spread your budget across multiple properties and become an investor in many locations. It’s simple, digital, transparent, secure, and interest-free.
Are there any additional fees?
No. All costs are included in the initial purchase. There are no additional fees after acquiring your shares.
What happens at the end of the holding period?
If sufficient profit has been achieved within the specified period, the property is put up for sale by our team. Each investor’s share of the returns is transferred to their designated account.
Can I sell my fraction anytime?
While the average holding period for an asset is 2-4 years, you have the opportunity to sell the shares you have purchased to other investors or buy shares from other investors. Holding the investment until the specified date is generally more favorable for maximizing returns. However, the investor is free to sell their share to another investor at any time if they wish.
What is the expected return on investment?
it is not possible to set a fixed resale date in advance. Our experts continuously monitor the market to identify the most favorable selling opportunities.
In general, assets are held for around 36 to 60 months to allow for maximum value appreciation. However, no specific holding period is guaranteed, and all projected dates on the platform are estimates.
When a property is sold, profits are distributed to shareholders according to their share. A holding period of 3 to 5 years is typically recommended.
For those wishing to exit earlier, shares can be offered to other registered users through our live trading platform.

When does the value appreciation of my shares begin and When Will I Receive My Funds After a Property Sale?
You can list your shares on the platform as soon as you purchase them, or when Primev sells them, the amount corresponding to your share will be transferred to your account within a maximum of 3 – 4 weeks, after deducting any expenses.
Where Will My Share Sale Proceeds Be Sent?
The account must be a SEPA-compatible bank account registered in your name. Payments to other accounts will be rejected and refunded.
